RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unsatisfied or need to exchange for a different size of an item that you purchased from NZ Wushu you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item for either an exchange, online store credit or refund.

 

Please contact us to make an arrangement for a return or exchange, before sending your item to us. All returns must be authorised by phone: +64225805566 or email: shop.nzwushu@gmail.com. Returns must be received within 30 days of you receiving your order. Unauthorised exchanges will be rejected without liability.

Exchanges can be made for another size or colour of the same item. You can also exchange for different items, and pay the difference of the product cost. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer (where applicable).

Items must be returned to us in an undamaged, unused, 100% resalable condition, without any tags removed in it's original packaging. Products and packaging returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted. Custom-made items are not returnable unless defective. Defective items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange at no charge. Improperly used items will not be accepted for refund or exchange. NZ Wushu reserves the right to refuse returns at any time. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.

All items sold at a discounted price will be considered as final sale.
